6 month contract with no extension or conversion

Location: 33 Queen Street East, Toronto

60-70/hr

Position Title: Technical Business Analyst, HCM

Reporting into: Associate Director, Information Management & Security + will be working with their PM and Solution Arch (all three will be in the interview - panel style, 1 and done interview)

Must haves:

-5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst with hands on experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors Integration. This includes a strong understanding of API management, middleware technologies, data modeling and the ability to configure infotypes in S/4HANA.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as the successful candidate will be communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Hybrid 3x week in Toronto

Project: This candidate will be working to clean up the existing foundation. The client already has SAP HCM, and Successfactors - They are currently silo'd and do not work together. Whenever they do go to put the two systems together, it doesn't work and so this contractor is coming on to clean the system, so that they can essentially start over. Then once that is done, they will potentially help the client start the next phase.
