This is with one of our Banking client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of training for an NDA covered program
- Audience size is around 800 people for ultimate consumption of the training
- In a regulatory driven environment
- Work with Expert and Technology SME's on how to work through processes and in-house built tool
- Work with SMEs in audit, methodology, and practices. Will then work alongside them to design and deliver trainings to teams
- Develop key concept videos, trainings where people are hands-on keyboard, digital toolkits, how to guides, etc.
- Will conduct trainings both in classrooms and virtually
- Capture real time content and questions from learning audiences and using GenAI
- Great chance to learn and try new initiatives for learning and development
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience designing and delivering training for new technology and/or complex processes in the context of highly regulated global enterprise; background in Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT transformation (e.g. ERP, EITSM) preferred
- Experience delivering training in virtual formats and leveraging/creating multi-media content (e.g. videos, tool overviews, How To guides) for a global audience
- Comfort facilitating and leading sessions to support large stakeholder groups (e.g. attending audiences upwards of ~150 people; total stakeholder group size ~1K)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to tailor content for senior leadership.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Communications, HR, or related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and business teams (ideally in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Finance).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience introducing new technologies with high adoption and minimal disruption.
- Familiarity with digital community learning strategies and social intranet tools.
- User-centric approach to training with a passion for persona-based learning experiences.
