Job Title: Webmaster & Marketing Technology Associate

Work Model: Hybrid

Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000

About the Role:

An established and collaborative marketing team is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Webmaster & Marketing Technology Associate.

This individual will be the go-to owner of the corporate website, support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, and drive various marketing technology projects from end to end. The position offers a high level of ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the corporate website: content updates, plugin functionality, domain management, SEO enhancements, and UI/UX improvements
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical web and marketing solutions
  • Lead and coordinate a variety of marketing technology initiatives, such as multimedia, data management, CRM, and content distribution projects
  • Use platforms such as WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and performance metrics
  • Support digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and compliance processes

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years in a website management or marketing technology role
  • Proficiency in WordPress (including plugin management) is a must
  • Experience with marketing tech tools such as Seismic, Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of PHP, CSS and/or HTML is an asset (not a core requirement)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing digital UX/UI and SEO
  • B2B digital experience, ideally with complex or regulated industries
  • Proven ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision
