Job Title: Webmaster & Marketing Technology Associate

Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000
About the Role:
An established and collaborative marketing team is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Webmaster & Marketing Technology Associate.
This individual will be the go-to owner of the corporate website, support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, and drive various marketing technology projects from end to end. The position offers a high level of ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the corporate website: content updates, plugin functionality, domain management, SEO enhancements, and UI/UX improvements
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical web and marketing solutions
- Lead and coordinate a variety of marketing technology initiatives, such as multimedia, data management, CRM, and content distribution projects
- Use platforms such as WordPress and Google Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and performance metrics
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and web
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and compliance processes
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years in a website management or marketing technology role
- Proficiency in WordPress (including plugin management) is a must
- Experience with marketing tech tools such as Seismic, Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of PHP, CSS and/or HTML is an asset (not a core requirement)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience optimizing digital UX/UI and SEO
- B2B digital experience, ideally with complex or regulated industries
- Proven ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision
