Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base + performance incentives

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of the residential sales process—from pre-launch strategy to project sell-out. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximizing sales performance, optimizing customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of multiple new home communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of sales strategies for upcoming and active residential developments (low-rise and/or high-rise).
  • Oversee and manage internal and external sales teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies and drive traffic to sales offices and online platforms.
  • Liaise with development and construction teams to understand product offerings and timelines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and buyer feedback to inform pricing, release strategy, and positioning.
  • Ensure CRM systems are properly utilized to track leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company with professionalism at broker previews, community events, and sales launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in new home sales, preferably within a residential developer environment.
  • Proven success in managing sales for multi-phase residential projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing in-house or outsourced sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the GTA residential real estate market, buyer psychology, and broker relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRMs, sales reporting tools, and digital sales technologies.
