Title: Crypto Engineer – Encryption Implementation (8+ yrs exp)

We're hiring a Crypto Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team focused on implementing encryption across a range of unique business applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong engineering, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

What You'll Do:

• Apply and validate encryption across multiple systems and databases (SQL, MongoDB, Oracle)
• Implement data-at-rest solutions (e.g., Vormetric, CipherTrust)
• Manage HSMs (Thales, Entrust, Utimaco)
• Handle key management and automation using Ansible
• Troubleshoot in Linux environments and contribute to secure architecture decisions

What You Bring:

• 5+ yrs of Unix/Linux scripting and cryptographic implementation
• 3+ yrs applying native database encryption
• Strong testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting
• SME in tools like CipherTrust Manager, Symantec Encryption Manager, or Venafi

Nice to Have:

• CISSP/CCSP certification
