Project Descriptions:
- "The OpenText Developer and Support Analyst is responsible for break / fix support for the OpenText Content Management/Content Server and Process Automation/AppWorks platforms, system administration for OpenText, development and enhancement work for OpenText, upgrading / patching for OpenText, quality assurance and technical documentation.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- OpenText application (Content Management/Content Server, Extended ECM, Records Management, Physical Objects, Process Automation/AppWorks, Email Management, OTDS, Archive Center, OpenText Intelligent Classification/Magellan Text Mining/Auto-Classification, OpenText Intelligence/Magellan BI & Reporting, etc.) install and configuration.
- Application upgrade, patching and migration.
- Application administration
- Design, develop and maintain new applications, forms, reports, templates, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, system failure, technical errors, or other problems technical in nature. Identify root causes, work on bugs/fixes (with vendors as needed) and implement quality solutions.
- Collaborate on requirements and solution design.
- Modify, enhance, and create solutions to meet business requirements in accordance with design specifications, development and documentation standards and quality requirements."

Mandatory Experience
- Possess a minimum of 5 year's experience:
- In a system administration IT role
- Developing for the OpenText Content Management/Content Server platform (using Content Server Web Services, REST APIs, OScript) including experience working with workspaces, web reports, web forms, workflows, active view, and templates.
- Using entities in designing low-code solutions for Process Automation/AppWorks Platform. Business process modeling and developing BPM solutions. creating and editing entities and business process models with artifacts such as lifecycles, connectors, and workflows for a variety of purposes and situations.
- Experience in all phases of System Development Lifecycle (requirements, designs, build, test deploy)
- Java or .NET development experience with good knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience creating and maintaining Windows/Azure PowerShell scripts
- Developing with HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript(jQuery), XLM and SQL
- Configuring and managing web/application servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat/TomEE, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Windows and RHEL VMs, Storage Accounts, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development standards and best practice approaches
- Exposure to Agile development methodology
- Experience writing technical documentation.
- Operational knowledge of SAN/NAS storage systems
- Ability to perform multiple duties concurrently with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work.
- Ability to pro-actively monitor and communicate for timely escalation of issues.

- Experience supporting and administrating Autodesk product suite.
