Hybrid: 1-2 days on-site (Toronto, ON)

Rate: $50-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a lead or supportive role in change management (People Change Management)

• Large enterprise experience within an agile environment.

• Experience in adoption and sustainment, particularly in creating artefacts (demos, training modules, FAQs) and documentation.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.

• Experience with frontline operations and end-user experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Banking experience.

• Experience building out change strategies.

• Previous experience with investment tools.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience as a sales advisor.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Consultant of Adoption and Enablement to join a leading bank in downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on change management, particularly around the implementation and adoption of new tools and processes within our frontline teams. The successful candidate will support the implementation and decommissioning of tools, ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption rates. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support workstreams focused on adoption enablement.

• Collaborate with SMEs and frontline agents to understand and address their needs.

• Facilitate sessions, such as AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions, to address questions and curiosity.

• Create and manage artefacts such as documentation, training modules, FAQs, and live demos for end users.

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to update them on the status and progression of tasks within the workstream.

• Implement strategies for effective change adoption.

• Quickly take information and produce actionable outputs.

• Provide ongoing support and training to frontline users.

• Participate in the creation and review of internal procedures.

• Track and report on adoption metrics and feedback.

• Collect end-user feedback and create resources based on that feedback.
