Location: Downtown Toronto | Hybrid work model – 1–2 days in-office weekly (Wednesdays required)

About the Role
Our client, a leading firm in the investment management space, is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join their collaborative, high-performing marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful content, support sales enablement, and manage marketing initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage content creation projects from concept to completion
- Write and edit short-form content including infographics, PowerPoint decks, and one-pagers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., designers, translators, proofreaders)
- Manage approval processes including compliance sign-off
- Maintain and distribute marketing materials through Seismic
- Provide support to the sales team via Zendesk ticketing system
- Maintain website content and assist with quarterly fund commentary updates
- Support marketing reporting, analytics, and campaign coordination
- Assist in the execution of webcasts, advertising, and social media efforts
- Perform quality assurance checks for grammar, branding, and formatting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency and/or financial services experience is an asset)
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with financial/investment concepts is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Seismic, Zendesk, Basecamp, Salesforce
- Experience with WordPress and/or French language skills are considered assets
