QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Must have background in food / perishable commodities, FIFO environment
• Experience setting up KPI's, motivating staff to achieve results
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel.
• Must have exceptional leadership skills, ability to influence in a unionized environment
• Preference for post-secondary education, specifically CCLP (CITT program) completion.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $100,000, excellent benefits.
