Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 - $105,000
• Please note, this will be hybrid (2 times a week at the Client's Downtown Toronto, ON office)
• Support towards CPA designation (including hours)
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment
• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and management reports on a monthly basis.
• Assist with year-end financial statements and tax reporting.
• Prepare partnership tax filings.
• Build and manage various financial and operational reports in the new financial system.
• Support dashboard creation for stakeholders across the firm.
• Develop robust financial models to support leadership decision-making.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions for new reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and analyze financial and operational data.
• Track and report on multiple dashboard projects.
• Provide insights through data modeling and analysis to answer business questions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in various accounting functions (AP, AR, Billing).
• CPA designation or currently working towards it (support available for hours).
• Experience with Elite 3E.
• Prior experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting best practices, ASPE and CRA tax laws.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
