We're currently seeking experienced and technically strong OpenText Developers and Support Analysts to support our client, a large power utility, in an important enterprise role. These positions are critical to the administration, enhancement, and long-term stability of the utility's document and content management systems.

The successful candidates will manage break/fix support, perform system upgrades and configuration, and develop new workflows, applications, and forms using the OpenText Content Server and AppWorks platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of both system administration and low-code process automation platforms, as well as strong troubleshooting and solution design capabilities.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS:

• Location: Preferred onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan. Offsite (remote) may be considered for exceptional candidates.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in:

o System administration and technical support of OpenText Content Server.

o Developing OpenText applications using OScript, REST APIs, Content Server Web Services.

o Designing and deploying low-code solutions with AppWorks Platform.

o Full SDLC processes (requirements through deployment).

o Java or .NET development with object-oriented design.

o Windows/Azure PowerShell scripting.

o HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), XML, and SQL.

o Administering IIS and Apache web/application servers.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure VMs, Storage, PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Agile development methods.

• Experience writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Ability to independently manage work, meet deadlines, and resolve technical issues.

DELIVERABLES

Responsibilities:

The selected candidates will be responsible for OpenText system administration and development across multiple business units. They will ensure application stability and performance, support future upgrades and patches, and provide end-to-end documentation.

Key Deliverables:

• Application configuration and enhancements

• Technical specifications and design documentation

• Deployment, installation, and operational guides

• Disaster recovery procedures and system reports

• Knowledge base articles (KBAs) for issue resolution and system FAQs

This is a one-year contract with the potential for extension, starting July 1, 2025. The positions are based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Offsite (remote) work may be considered for exceptional candidates. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
