Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Specialist – Digital Web Experience to support the continuous evolution of a high-visibility web platform serving clients across regions. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on experience in digital product management or marketing roles, particularly within regulated environments such as financial services.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and other business stakeholders to gather and refine website feature requirements.
  • Manage and validate content/functionality updates in alignment with brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
  • Support the product owner in backlog grooming, user story writing, and UAT coordination.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and develop actionable insights to improve engagement.
  • Work closely with UX, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Support SEO, tagging, and campaign tracking in collaboration with digital marketing teams.
  • Facilitate content audits, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing platform integrations (e.g., CRM, automation tools) function seamlessly with the website.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital product, digital marketing, or web analytics.
  • Strong background working with CMS platforms (e.g., dotCMS, WordPress, AEM, Sitecore).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot).
  • Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, or institutional investment products.
  • Familiarity with component-based design systems and digital content libraries.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools.
  • Awareness of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Experience with legal/compliance workflows in digital content review.
