We are seeking a seasoned Product Specialist – Digital Web Experience to support the continuous evolution of a high-visibility web platform serving clients across regions. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of hands-on experience in digital product management or marketing roles, particularly within regulated environments such as financial services.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and other business stakeholders to gather and refine website feature requirements.
- Manage and validate content/functionality updates in alignment with brand, legal, and accessibility standards.
- Support the product owner in backlog grooming, user story writing, and UAT coordination.
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and develop actionable insights to improve engagement.
- Work closely with UX, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Support SEO, tagging, and campaign tracking in collaboration with digital marketing teams.
- Facilitate content audits, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure marketing platform integrations (e.g., CRM, automation tools) function seamlessly with the website.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in digital product, digital marketing, or web analytics.
- Strong background working with CMS platforms (e.g., dotCMS, WordPress, AEM, Sitecore).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot).
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, or institutional investment products.
- Familiarity with component-based design systems and digital content libraries.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools.
