About the Role
Join dynamic Quote to Cash – Go to Market Strategy & Operations team as a Booking Operations Analyst. In this high-impact, fast-paced contract role, you'll ensure accurate forecasting, booking integrity, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Sales Ops, and Strategy teams.
What You'll Do
- Ensure bookings data and product allocations are accurate and compliant
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting
- Manage a case queue, resolving inquiries from Sales and Sales Operations
- Run and analyze monitoring reports, executing timely data updates
- Use sound judgment to resolve policy/process issues or escalate as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Strong understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; data-savvy and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and confident
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated team player with the confidence to work independently
