Job Title: Content & Creative Lead

Full-time · Hybrid (Burlington ON)

We're looking for a content-obsessed, creatively driven storyteller to shape how Kōv Essentials shows up online and IRL. You'll work closely with our Founder to lead content creation and execute on creative. This role blends creative direction, execution, and brand building - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Our ideal candidate knows what performs on social, has an eye for aesthetics, and brings ideas to life across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Content & Campaigns

• Lead content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, email, and paid ads
• Write clear, on-brand copy for social captions, emails, banners, and launches
• Plan and execute photoshoots and video content that align with brand aesthetics
• Stay on top of trends and insights to keep our content fresh and relevant
• Brief and produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta (paid social)

Community & Events

• Collaborate with the team on creative ways to connect with our audience offline
• Contribute to the creative direction of event visuals, signage, gifting, and social coverage
• Support with content capture and storytelling before, during, and after events

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in content or creative at a consumer brand (ideally ecommerce)
• A portfolio that showcases your best work, from content and campaigns to community moments you've helped bring to life, include a link in your resume or attach it with your application
• A creative and strategic mindset - you love the big ideas and sweat the details
• An eye for design and a deep understanding of what performs on social
• Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Canva, Shopify, and social schedulers
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude
