The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is more than just a call-taker. This is a dynamic role for someone eager to grow, learn, and be a valued contributor to our servicing team. You'll handle everything from client inquiries and documentation to liaising with external partners like Computershare. If you're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and inspired to build a long-term career in mortgage lending, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

· Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and empathy.

· Coordinate and process mortgage payout requests and discharge documentation.

· Communicate with external partners such as Computershare to ensure accurate servicing follow-through.

· Update client records, request missing documents, and ensure complete file accuracy.

· Send welcome letters and renewal notices.

· Support the servicing team with administrative tasks and ongoing mortgage account management.

· Maintain accurate records and notes in our servicing system (LMS/Delta360).

· Proactively flag issues or patterns that could impact client satisfaction.

· Help improve our internal processes and client communications.

What You Bring

· 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in mortgage or loan servicing.

· Strong attention to detail with a drive for accuracy and completeness.

· A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new systems.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· Experience handling sensitive or confidential documents.

· Comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with servicing platforms like LMS/Delta360 or willingness to learn.

· Previous experience with Computershare or document discharge processes is a strong asset.
