Hudson RPO is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 6 years of experience leading mid-sized recruitment teams. This role requires a seasoned professional who can drive delivery excellence, lead client engagement, and act as a trusted advisor across all aspects of recruitment and workforce planning.
Overview
This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3 days per week in Mississauga, where you'll lead client-facing operations, manage recruitment delivery, and build lasting partnerships. As the face of Hudson RPO to our client, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational leader ensuring recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment operations across Ontario and Quebec, managing a high-performing team of onsite and remote recruiters.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex and hard-to-fill roles across multiple industries and functions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and seamless delivery.
- Align recruitment strategies with business needs through deep stakeholder engagement and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies and proactive talent pipelining.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and address talent gaps.
- Track and manage KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment performance metrics to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to internal and client leadership teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the client on all talent-related challenges and opportunities.
- Work closely with Hudson RPO's global teams to ensure integrated, best-in-class service delivery.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading recruitment teams; experience in RPO or managed service environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead in a client-facing role, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic value.
- Strong vision for long-term, scalable talent acquisition strategies.
- Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences is a significant asset.
- Data-driven, with confidence using recruitment analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with changing priorities.
