DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is responsible for providing first level support to the External and Internal Ecommerce Clients for Web and Host to Host connections. Handling all technical inquiries including client development, onboarding, access and live support.
When required, he/she will act as technical advisor to resolve incidents that are presented to him/her. Acts within the IT team as a reference in the process of ecommerce incidents solving and delivering service requests. Involved with the business analysts, system infrastructure and business teams to resolve any client related issues quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining the E-Commerce queue reported by clients and suppliers
Liaison with BA, DEV and business teams to troubleshoot issues reported by clients
Liaison with Sales Team through the NDA process, facilitate communication on behalf of the ecommerce mailbox
Communicates and keeps client up to date on raised issues
Document processes related to ecommerce client support
Become familiar with the Host-to-Host API calls structure to be able to answer client inquiries
Update documentation related to H2H API calls on wiki
Provide Live access to client host accounts
Become familiar with CCRS products, client administration
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Canadian / CCRS product knowledge an asset
Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman SoapUI
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills
College diploma in computer science or equivalent
2-4 years in an IT helpdesk environment with 2 years in a similar role
