- Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across the Shopify eCommerce ecosystem
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through outbound (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, DMs, etc.)
- Develop and experiment with outreach strategies and messaging
- Partner with the CEO and Head of Partnerships on the early sales process and feedback loops
- Educate prospects about our product and how we solve their shipping and logistics challenges
- Help define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), and contribute to the GTM strategy
- Track all activities and learnings in our CRM
