- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts and ITIL framework.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
- ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CAD, ITSM) preferred.Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement integrations with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ITSM processes.
- Perform regular system maintenance, such as upgrades and patch management.
