In this exciting role, you will build strong, lasting relationships with clients, provide expert financial advice, and drive growth in investment and insurance portfolios. Develop and nurture client relationships through personalized, advice-based financial solutions, including investments and insurance (segregated funds, mutual funds).
Proactively expand your client portfolio through prospecting, outbound outreach, and participation in community and networking events.
Create and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance our brand and connect with new clients.
Conduct thorough needs analysis, assess client financial goals, and recommend tailored solutions—all while ensuring regulatory compliance and industry standards (including KYC).
Provide ongoing portfolio reviews, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a high level of service and documentation.
RequirementsWhat Makes You a Great Fit
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in investment and life product sales.
Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Mutual Funds License (required); Life License (an asset).
Proven success in building and managing client relationships, growing portfolios, and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for delivering meaningful impact.
Bringing an existing book of business is a strong asset.
