Position Overview

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces by mowing, trimming, planting, and performing general landscape upkeep. The ideal candidate is passionate about working outdoors, detail-oriented, and capable of handling physical labor in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and pest control as needed.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and aeration.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist in landscape design projects, including sod installation and hardscaping.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to use landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape design is a plus.
