We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter and Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying automotive window tint films and performing professional vehicle detailing services. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Window Tinting:

• Apply automotive window tint film with precision and care.
• Cut and fit tint film to vehicle windows using both computer-cut and hand-cut methods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Vehicle Detailing:

• Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
• Use appropriate detailing tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.

Customer Service & Shop Support:

• Communicate with customers to understand their tinting and detailing needs.
• Provide aftercare instructions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of tint film, detailing supplies, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in window tinting and/or automotive detailing (preferred).
• Knowledge of various tint films, tools, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

• Indoor shop setting.
• May require standing for long periods and occasional lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
