Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Surrey, BC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction on a daily basis for the warehouse division.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related field
• Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry is a plus
