- Complex research and analysis to support business initiatives, projects, and products
- Identify and implement ways to improve data quality and data integrity
- Derive, document, and communicate analytical business requirements
- Demonstrate your areas of expertise by identifying data norms and anomalies.
- Find and communicate data narratives that provide meaningful insight to the business.
- Work with internal stakeholders to extract maximum value from data.
- A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience performing data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in R, SQL, and advanced Excel skills required. (R and R studio skills a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clear requirements and analytical results.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, finalizing and driving projects.
- Skilled in developing, documenting and promoting technical standards within the team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and support skills; you're a critical and strategic thinker.
- An appetite for continuous learning, confidence to challenge the status quo, and a technical aptitude to work with analytics and data.
- Experience in effectively communicating analysis and insight to all levels of the organization.
- Sense of ownership to independently manage time and efficiently address workload.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
