- You prepare medical equipment requisitions for surgical procedures.
- You verify and rotate inventory and expiration dates.
- You receive and store medical equipment, maintaining an accurate inventory and being meticulous in counting, verifying, and updating stocks.
- You perform any other tasks requested by the center director.
- You are comfortable working on your feet.
- You are a stickler for details and work with precision and accuracy.
- You will be cross-trained as a Receptionist (once the initial training is completed).
- You have strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, the team, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations.
- You are able to quickly identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or errors.
- You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous abilities.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and when working as part of a team.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
- Schedule: You have work availability Monday to Friday (between 8:00am and 4:00pm, with flexibility required on monthly inventory audit days).
