Content Creator and Production Coordinator - 3 month contract position

You'll collaborate with talented teams across marketing, partnerships, and lead generation, while gaining valuable exposure to the world of digital content production. Responsibilities:

Execute photo and video shoots for our brands, directing talent to ensure high-quality content and adherence to production timelines.

· Conceptualize and produce social media content that aligns with marketing objectives and engages our audience.

· Travel extensively to various locations for content capture, including coordinating all aspects of travel logistics.

· Conduct interviews with business professionals, partner leads, and key stakeholders (such as representatives from charities, sports teams, athletes, and managers) to capture their insights and stories that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

· Edit and deliver vertical video with efficient timelines. Cull photography and complete detailed editing.

· Support in scheduling social media posts, responding to comments and reviews, and engaging with our online community.

· Assist with post-production tasks, including file management and formatting to delivery specifications.

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to identify and coordinate strategic content opportunities with confidence and professionalism.
  • Open to constructive feedback and actively integrates suggestions with a positive, growth-oriented mindset to improve outcomes and deliver high-quality work.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.

Qualifications:
Recent graduate of a degree program in journalism, and/or video/photography production is an asset for crafting compelling, interview-based content.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for content production.

- Skilled with professional photography equipment.

- Experience interviewing business professionals, partner leads, or stakeholders is highly preferred.

- Experience directing talent and managing production schedules for photo/video shoots is a plus.

- Experienced with social media platforms and supporting social media content delivery and posting management

Location

· Burlington or Ottawa.

· Combined work from home and office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00 per year per year + 10K potential annual bonus

Schedule:

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday
