Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead our customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies across Meta and other paid channels. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing data-driven marketing strategies, Ad creative strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and scaling paid media campaigns to deliver exceptional results.
The Head of Growth will lead efforts across paid media, creative strategy, and funnel optimization, ensuring that every customer touchpoint is optimized for engagement and conversion. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Analytics, to align efforts and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Leadership: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- Ad Creative Process: Lead the ideation, creation, and iteration of high-performing ad creatives, working closely with the design and creative teams.
- Funnel Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize conversion funnels, focusing on user engagement and driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition and retention.
- Strategy in Media Buying: Oversee media buying initiatives, employing innovative strategies to ensure efficient spending and campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with company objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement, iterating rapidly to optimize results.
- Growth Innovation: Identify new growth channels, tools, and technologies to keep Pearl West at the forefront of e-commerce growth strategies.
- KPI Ownership: Own and drive key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns and optimizing funnels.
- Expertise in Paid Media: Deep understanding of media buying strategies, ad platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and audience targeting.
- Ad Creative Mastery: Experience in driving the ad creative process, including conceptualization, execution, and performance analysis.
- Conversion Funnel Expertise: Strong knowledge of designing and optimizing conversion funnels to improve engagement, reduce drop-off, and increase retention.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies while executing against immediate objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach with a focus on performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with growth tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
