The Digital Marketing Specialist manages and assists in developing, designing, executing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing strategies for RhythmQ and its customers, with the goal of increasing sales, conversions, brand awareness and audience engagement. They work with customers, internal and external, clearly understanding success criteria, planning & executing marketing tactics, and becoming a trusted advisor to translate insights to actions that help each customer reach their specific goals.
What you'll be doing:
30% - Create & Manage
- As a Digital Marketing expert, understand your customer's requirements, creatively identify campaign opportunity areas for growth by effectively leveraging customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence
- Meet with your customers regularly on plans, results and with insights
- Content Creation: Develop and write compelling content for website articles, landing pages, and social media platforms to support campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Creative Development: Collaborate on and contribute to the design and execution of digital creatives, ensuring visual assets align with marketing goals and resonate with the target audience
- You play an important role in your customer's success. You pro-actively engage your customers, and deliver results on a timely manner
40% - Set RhythmQ and RhythmQ Customers for Success
- Manage and optimize PPC and online Ad spend (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Display YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
- Deploy digital media campaigns to drive sales and awareness, content marketing plans for each target segment, ad copy, emails, landing page development and optimization, placement optimization, testing, and analysis
- Develop, and manage social and email marketing plans, and engage on social and popular media including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
- Assist in the account-based marketing strategy, and growth of RhythmQ through marketing and customer engagement activities
- Provide input and support with advanced knowledge in Customer Relationship Management systems such as HubSpot and Active Campaign
- Implement technical customizations including but not limited to conversion tracking with ability to install pixels, customize and analyze, SEO and other automations
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, KPIs, and provide insights & recommendations
