Position Summary
We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials and product content to support our sales team. Your work will play a key role in presenting our real estate projects clearly and professionally to potential investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing brochures, project flyers, sales kits, and promotional documents
• Write and edit product descriptions and investor information packages
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their content needs and provide timely support
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all materials
• Update and refine content as our projects and strategies evolve

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or content development
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Strong visual communication skills (experience with PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools is a plus)
• Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
