Job Description

The TLO is responsible for coordinating schedules, logistics, accommodation services, and other technical and logistical support, as well as being the main point of contact between the team and the event rights holders.

Contract Length : May 26 2025 – June 11 2025

  • Scheduling the team's facilities, meetings, training sessions, and coordinating the respective logistics for each activity.
  • Coordinating logistics, accommodation, and services for the team.
  • Main point of contact between the team and the event organizer.
  • Providing assistance and support to the team during their stay, including participation in matches, training sessions, and other events.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the team's stay.
  • Provide general support for the team and players. Coordinate requests and provide the necessary support in all areas, such as technical filming, training sessions, and match-day flow and schedule.
  • When possible and approved, TLO's may assist with capturing media content such as behind-the-scenes moments and training sessions in alignment with provided content guidelines.
  • Must be available at all times throughout the tournament, including evenings and weekends. TLO's are expected to stay at the team hotel and be present at all meals, training sessions, and team activities.
Qualifications

  • Candidates with previous experience as a liaison in a professional or semi-professional sporting environment will be preferred.
  • The ability to speak Ukrainian and/or French is a strong plus.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous in high-pressure situations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding and familiarity with the professional soccer landscape and environment.
  • Quick, solutions-focused thinker.

Additional Information

Per diem: $150 / day
