Indigo Park Canada is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservation Clerk to join our team at Pearson Airport. As a global leader in parking and mobility solutions, we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
What You'll Do:Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email, delivering a friendly and efficient experience.
Support clients using our online reservation system by inputting accurate data and resolving issues effectively.
Explain Indigo's parking products and services clearly and confidently.
Manage daily data entry tasks and ensure all customer information is kept up to date and confidential.
Monitor voicemails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.
Process refunds and support investigations related to customer concerns.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Take initiative to complete other administrative duties as assigned.
1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, parking, or call center environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're comfortable speaking with customers and solving problems with empathy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
Comfortable sitting and using a computer for extended periods.
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset, especially for client support.
Previous experience using reservation or ticketing systems is a plus.
You have a professional, client-first attitude.
You're tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
