Competencies:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements (high-level and detailed design).
- Analyze and compare data across different sources and targets.
- Develop and manage data ingestion frameworks from multiple data sources.
- Design and implement end-to-end reporting and visualization solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable GCP-based solutions.
- Support data transformation and cleansing using tools like Tableau Prep.
Essential Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
- BigQuery, Dataflow, DataProc, Cloud Functions, Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud Composer.
- Strong experience in BI/reporting using:
- Power BI: Advanced charts, DAX, Star/Snowflake Schema, calculated fields.
- Tableau: LOD expressions, table calculations, dashboard actions, Tableau Prep.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence architecture.
- Ability to interpret KPIs and business metrics driving client success.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst in similar projects.
- Experience with Looker is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
