We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join our Client's team in Lethbridge, AB and take the lead on a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and agricultural builds. From steel-framed warehouses to light industrial and low-rise mixed-use facilities, your work will have a tangible, lasting impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the project from planning to completion — managing scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with Site Superintendents, engineers, and stakeholders to drive results and exceed client expectations
- Lead with purpose — motivate your team, manage risk, and problem-solve on the fly to keep everything on track
- Act as the go-to communicator, ensuring clear and effective dialogue between all project partners
- Uphold top-tier health and safety standards on-site
- Identify and solve constructability issues before they become roadblocks
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial/light industrial construction projects
- Experience with pre-engineered steel, warehouses, agricultural, or light industrial builds is a big plus
- Gold Seal Certification is an asset
- Strong command of project management tools, scheduling, budgeting, and reading blueprints
- A “boots-on-the-ground” leadership style with the ability to drive projects forward
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you're confident with clients, contractors, and consultants alike
- Valid provincial driver's license and legal eligibility to work in Canada
