Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as: Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.
We are looking for a Full Time Building Superintendent for a building in Markham. This position is plays a key role at one of our servicing locations. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and who is hard-working. This team member will work with Property managers, contractors, cleaners and other staff at the condominium.
We are looking for someone who has experience with working as a team and independently, problem solving, quick response to emergencies, meets deadlines and is self-directed, self-sufficient and motivated.
Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly.
• Be available 24/7 for urgent issues.
• Address tenant inquiries and complaints.
• Facilitate move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Monitor security systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Assist with rent collection.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Foster a positive living environment and address community issues.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Available for on-call emergencies after hours.

Job Details:

• $37,000 per year.
• Free stay - 1 Bedroom Accommodation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a similair role.
• Must have knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Proficient with Sprinkler room (dry and wet system), boiler room (electrical), HVAC (Glycol system, chiller system) generator room, elevator room, pool room, main electrical room, fire panel, sump.
