This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of company salary and benefits policy, design and administration for employees, as well as data analytics of the Human Resource Information System. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will achieve these goals in a cost effective manner, while providing policy and program advice on job levels, compensation structure, health plan design and retirement programs that meet employee needs.
