Job Summary: A well-coordinated digital strategy is essential for driving business success and delivering value to both customers and employees. As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in executing this strategy by collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance the efficiency of our digital initiatives, supporting the effective delivery of digital projects. Your role will be vital in advancing Rexel's digital strategy through effective communication, implementation, training, and support of new digitalization activities. Reporting to the Digital Channel Manager, you will serve in a cross-functional support capacity, playing a key role in ensuring the organization successfully implements its digital strategy and achieves long-term success. Key Responsibilities: * Support growth in the Integrated and Order Automation digital channels. * Communicate between internal cross-functional teams and external teams, facilitating effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital projects, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met. * Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and other project artifacts. * Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the team to develop risk management strategies and minimize impacts. * Lead change management efforts to adapt new digital tools to current workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Develop and deliver training programs for digital tools, ensuring that content is tailored to different audiences and learning styles. * Facilitate the onboarding of enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition to digital platforms. * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies. * Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented enhancements, providing recommendations for further improvements. Qualifications: * Bilingual in English and French is mandatory. * Education or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Behaviour, or in a related field. * Experience in the B2B industry and understanding of digital tools (e.g., EDI, APIs, P2P platforms) is preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze the need for change and conduct impact assessments. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to take initiative and work independently to drive projects forward. * Empathetic and understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and attitudes. * Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
