We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to support digital product development through research, prototyping, and testing. You'll follow the Ontario Digital Service design process across four phases: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Create prototypes, user journeys, and service blueprints

• Work closely with product and development teams using Agile/Scrum

• Ensure accessibility and responsive design

• Continuously improve the user experience post-launch

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years in UX design on complex projects

• Strong knowledge of mobile-first and responsive design

• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision

• Experience with user research and accessibility testing

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
