What you'll do as a Field Service Technician:
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial machinery at client sites, ensuring proper functionality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Train clients on equipment use and maintenance while providing ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and travel locally and to the USA as required.
What you'll bring as a Field Service Technician:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of local experience in a Field Service Technician or comparable role.
• Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with knowledge of automation and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Allan-Bradley, Siemens, and ABB controls and drives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Open to travel and flexible working hours based on client needs.
