The Alberta College of Paramedics is a dynamic and diverse organization that regulates the paramedic profession in Alberta. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide timely and professional responses to registration-related inquiries via phone, email, member portal, and in-person
- Guide applicants and regulated members through application, registration, and renewal processes
- Interpret and apply College policies and procedures to ensure consistent, accurate guidance
- Maintain complete and accurate records in the registration database (Alinity)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve registration-related issues
- Participate in registration-related projects and department initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of regulatory functions (e.g., renewals, reporting cycles)
- Other tasks as assigned

These are considered an asset:
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related discipline
- 25 years of experience in a registration, regulatory, or member services capacity
- Familiarity with Alinity or other registration/member database platforms
- Experience in a regulatory college, association, or professional membership environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Understanding of Albertas Health Professions Act or similar legislative frameworks
