About The Job

Corinex is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in shaping and amplifying Corinexs voice across global markets by developing compelling content and executing strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean energy technologies, thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and possesses strong skills in content creation, digital media, and brand storytelling.

Corinex is hiring range for this role is CAD $60,000 - $78,000 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create written content; create and coordinate the development of graphics, infographics, video, and audio content to amplify key messages and to support strategic Communications and PR initiatives and objectives
  • Monitor social media trends, analytics and prepare reports
  • Regularly update digital channels and ensure material about the Company on other websites, online profiles, are current, and that content is focused on key strategic initiatives and directions
  • Plan and execute Corinexs participation in industry events by managing logistics, creating marketing materials, and developing digital assets such as email campaigns, social media content, and registration platforms to ensure seamless promotion and delivery.
  • Monitor and update mailing and other access lists for accuracy and endorse user connections to social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), ensuring the integrity of sponsored channels
  • Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of corporate and marketing communications
  • Develop communications plans and suggest appropriate communication, media, and advertising strategies
  • Coordinate communications with media and perform relevant tasks related to media pitching
  • Act as project leader for communication projects
  • Participate in creative development as appropriate
  • Review drafts and provide copywriting and copyediting work
  • Manage an organized library of all produced materials
  • Proof-read materials and inspects pre-press artwork to ensure quality
  • Ensure that all finished advertising materials are sent to clients, suppliers, publications, or other destinations.
  • Performs duties of a minor nature related to the above duties that do not affect the rating of the job.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in a technology or energy-related industry
  • Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content across various formats (articles, social media, infographics, videos, press releases, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends (including LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing tools)
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and media contacts
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset aligned with Corinexs mission to accelerate the global energy transition

Preferred

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (particularly Spanish or German) are an asset
