Your Role: Director, People & Culture As the Director, People & Culture, you are more than an HR leader—you are a strategic partner and cultural architect. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, you will set the tone for how people experience the organization—from their first interaction as candidates to their growth and success as team members. You will drive initiatives that not only meet compliance standards but also elevate employee experience, foster inclusion, and build future-ready talent capabilities. What You'll Do * Lead HR strategy and initiatives aligned with OHTN's mission and values * Shape an inclusive and equitable workplace by embedding DEI principles across all HR programs * Guide recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition * Support change management and workforce transformation * Advise on employment relations, collective agreements, and conflict resolution * Oversee payroll, benefits, policies, and HR operations * Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development * Analyze and report workforce metrics to support evidence-based decision-making ------------------------------- What You Bring * 7–10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles in unionized environments * Expertise in labour relations, HR compliance, and employee relations * Deep commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism practices * Strategic thinker with operational know-how and a people-first mindset * CHRP/CHRL or similar certification is an asset * Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or social service sectors is a plus Why Join Us?
