As we expand our reach in the Burlington area, were looking for a passionate, Client Care and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

As a Client Care and Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our swim lesson programs while providing top-tier customer care. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, helping them understand the value of our swim lessons, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience. Your goal will be to increase enrolments through excellent communication, relationship-building, and proactive sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Enrolment: Proactively promote and sell swim lesson programs to prospective clients, utilizing inbound and outbound sales strategies. Engage with previous swimmers and leads.

Customer Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads generated through marketing activities (e.g., events, advertising, referrals), and manage client databases effectively.

Objection Handling: Address client concerns with confidence and empathy, using proven sales techniques to overcome objections and encourage enrolment.

Communication: Engage with clients in a clear, professional manner, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

Merchandise Sales: Promote and assist clients with purchasing swim-related merchandise and other products.

Collaboration: Work closely with the instructional and administrative teams to ensure that client expectations align with lesson plans and schedules.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a gym, fitness center, or membership-based business (front desk, membership sales, admissions, or similar) or in a previous administrative position.

Customer-Centric: A friendly, empathetic communicator who is motivated to help clients achieve their goals. Admin, marketing, teaching, coaching, or working with families is a plus.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively pursue leads and close sales.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily inquiries, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A positive, engaging phone manner is essential.

Tech-Savvy: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members across departments to provide the best possible client experience.
