About the Role

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Commercial and Operations Manager in monitoring, planning, and administering the sales and costs budgeting process for Fox Home Stores and Online platform.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, in a clear and actionable format for the country and Fox Home Stores.
  • Plan seasonal orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet budgets.
  • Develop and maintain various complex and interrelated databases used to track progress in sales, labour, and expense spending, KPIs and other metrics.
  • Assemble and summarize financial data to optimally structure various Power BI dashboards.
  • Provide clear, user-friendly business reporting and insights, enabling effective performance analysis and informed decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across different units to achieve shared goals.
  • Serve as a champion for our business information solutions and common tools and produce ad hoc reports when standard solutions are unavailable.

About You

  • 1+ years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with BI systems.
  • A developed understanding of retail operations and retailing in general. Must have the ability to undertake and explain complex financial and statistical analyses.
  • Experience with various software packages with bias to databases, (primarily Microsoft Excel and Access), and business intelligence software (primarily Microsoft PowerBI).
  • Ability to read and understand a P&L and balance sheet.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
