Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting a Mechanical HVAC Designer/Engineer

In this role you will: have responsibility for assisting project teams with the design of HVAC systems for various building facilities. You will have responsibility for preparing mechanical drawings utilizing Revit (multiple locations), performing design calculations including pipe and ductwork sizing and designing pipe and ductwork layouts.

You will be a great fit if: you have an interest in pursuing a career in Building Design as a Mechanical HVAC Designer/Engineer.

Skills/abilities:

• 3 - 4 years of engineering consulting experience in designing HVAC systems for a variety of building facilities.
• Proficient Revit skills.
• Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, and all other relevant codes and standards.
• Computer literacy including proficient MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient teamwork skills.
• Basic analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Relevant post-secondary education or work experience.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada – In-office position

Travel: Limited travel required.
