Summary:

We are seeking an Integration Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for the precise assembly of units by integrating modules into housings, performing wire bonding, ribbon bonding, and gap welding operations. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, the ability to work under a microscope, and comfort handling small electronic components in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of modules into housings with high precision

2. Alignment of modules using screws and fixtures

3. Performing cleaning functions using degreaser to prepare components

4. Application of epoxy to small surface areas

5. Performing wire bonding, ribbon bonding, and epoxy screw applications

6. Operating gap welder as required for bonding operations

7. Using microscopes and hand tools for fine component handling and inspection

8. Working with tweezers and handling small components

Education:

Completion of High School Diploma

Skills/Requirements:

1. Experience handling small electronic components

2. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams is an asset

3. Skilled in wire bonding, ribbon bonding, and use of gap welding equipment

4. Familiarity with using microscopes and small hand tools

5. Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with tweezers and small parts

6. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

7. Prior experience working in a clean room (lab coats, hair net and facemasks.)
