Accounts Receivable/Reconciliation Technician

Auxiliary/Part-time

June 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026

Duties: This position monitors College bank accounts and performs monthly reconciliations; is responsible for full-cycle accounts receivable for Trade, Student and Sponsored receivables; is responsible for the collection of delinquent accounts and payment plans; provides full-cycle bookkeeping services to the College of the Rockies Student Association; processes student refunds; compiles, prepares and submits the annual Statement of Financial Information report, and other duties as described in the attached job description.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a 1-year Business Administration Certificate (or equivalent) with specific courses in intermediate accounting and computing; a minimum of 2-3 years related accounts receivable work experience; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution; proficiency in Microsoft applications and above-average data entry skills; and excellent oral and interpersonal skills.

Salary: CUPE Pay Level 5 $29.95 (this includes 8% in lieu of vacation and benefits)
