Responsibilities:
- Active sales of windows, doors, and curtain walls.
- Searching for and attracting new clients (construction companies, developers, architectural firms).
- Conducting negotiations and closing contracts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensuring contract fulfillment and deal management.
- Meeting sales targets and growing the client portfolio.
- Analyzing market trends and competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years.
- Mandatory experience in selling windows, doors, or construction materials.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Willingness to actively search for clients and conduct meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
- High level of self-organization and results orientation.
- Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
