What You'll Do

• Design and lead the development of Evident's Agentic AI ecosystem—systems that think, act, and collaborate
• Build and deploy AI agents that enhance human workflows, not replace them
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, and product teams to reimagine business processes
• Drive internal adoption through technical storytelling, workshops, and hands-on demos
• Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring all systems are responsible, transparent, and impactful

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with successful delivery of production-grade AI systems
• Deep expertise in autonomous AI, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native ML deployment
• Skilled communicator able to influence across technical and executive audiences
• You think like a product founder and move like a startup builder
