Production / Finisher to join our team!
As a Vinyl Production / Finisher, and a member of our team you should:
· Strive to be the best person you can be. This doesn't directly relate only to your quality of work, but as a genuine loyal, honest, happy human!
· Be outgoing, dedicated and hard working. Work is not just work, it is a place where you spend many of your hours is an important to build relationships with your coworkers.
· Have a drivers license, you may be required to do site visits/checks, installs meet with clients etc.
· Have a great eye for detail. Details can make or break a project in each and every phase. Not every project is the same, and may require different levels of problem solving. All of which will be taught through experience (your own as well as ours).
As a Vinyl Production / Finisher, the team will rely on you to take the project from after the final sale, to installation completion. The duties that are included in this (but not limited to) are:
- Mounting vinyl to various substrates by hand as well as using our roll to roll table
- Weeding and masking vinyl
- Vinyl Installation assistant if required
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Proofing each print/product and informing production manager about any anomalies.
- Quality control of the produced prints
- Cutting Materials to size
- Assistance in the installation department when needed
- Running the flatbed cutter at times
With great responsibility comes great reward! You can expect all, or some of the following depending on experience:
· A hourly rate of $20-$35/hr
