Responsibilities:
Estimating:
Review contracts and bid documents
Review drawings and prepare takeoff/estimating sheet
Write proposals submit bid documents to clients
Project Coordination:
- Maintain up-to-date drawings on site
- Purchase and receive materials according to procedures
- Identify potential changes and prepare change orders
- Assist with toolbox, hazard assessments, and field data entry
- Ensure timely billing through purchase order review
- Keep monthly progress tracking updated for all projects
- Support Project Manager's activities
- Manage projects in company software under guidance
- Maintain field binders (Quality, Construction, Schedule)
- Create and submit reports to manager
- Update project logs, controls, and transmittals
Qualification:
- 2+ years of construction estimation/PM experience
- Post secondary in Construction management, CET, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
